The time is drawing closer to our annual SNOWFLAKE AUCTION – November 2nd through 30th – On Line
The following are a number of different ways in which you can contribute to this once a year fundraiser:
1 – Please Bid in the Auction: Due to the ongoing pandemic, we are holding the auction on line this year, which means that you can bid from the comfort and safety of your own home. The auction will be held on this web site, at https://greaterheightslearningacademy.ca/snowflake-auction, starting November 2nd and running through until the end of the month. You will need to sign in to the site to bid.
2 – Please donate items:
– items over $40 can go into the silent auction
– items from $10 – $100 can go into the balloon prize raffle
– unusual items/large items can go into the live auction
Try to think of any businesses you know/own/frequent/work for. Many are willing to give an item for advertising and exposure. Tax receipts are given for cash and item donations. They cannot be given for services and gift certificates. However, you are welcome to donate cash and we can purchase a gift card for you if desired.
3 – Be a sponsor: Bronze $200-500, Silver $500-1000, Gold $1000-2500, Platinum $2500+
4 – Help to get items ready for the event – including table gifts. If you have time starting in November, just pop into the office and we may have something for you to do!
5 – Class Baskets: shortly we will be sending out a list of class baskets and their themes. Please contribute an item to the basket.
